Flashback to 2003: HITECH’s Founder and CEO, Jordon Darling, left his home in Andover, MN to purchase a small mom and pop computer shop located in a strong agricultural community in our country’s heartland. It was here that he continued the development of strong values like hard work, deep relationships and community involvement that still flow through the company today.

In 2008, HITECH migrated back to the Twin Cities as a fully managed technology service provider, bringing with it a laser focus on delivering the best client experience possible.

Now, HITECH has partnered with Top Dog PC (a leading IT Service Provider in the Twin Cities) which offers premier local helpdesk, hosting, and advanced technical engineering services.  This partnership has shifted HITECH's core focus to be a leader of information security solutions for SMBs--providing everything necessary for improving a company's security posture, starting with information security risk assessments using S2Score to fully managed security solutions inspired by the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
